Structure

The above-ground structure of Anderson Apartment is applied with light gauge steel including the 4 staircases, which can be divided into two sections: wall structure and truss structure. The maximum span is 25 ft, except for a few large-span spaces that require structural steel. All other structures are made of Cold-formed steel. This is the first time that such a large-scale (155-unit) project in the Texas area applies the unified member of light gauge steel, including all walls and trusses (floor/roof): 43mil, 50 ksi Galvanized steel.
